1. Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is a guarantee of the client's commitment to the scheduled appointment. The amount of the deposit will be a fixed percentage of the total booking fee, determined at the time of booking. 2. Payment of Deposit The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made through accepted secure methods, which will be provided to the client upon booking. Receipt of payment will be acknowledged, and the booking will be confirmed only after the deposit is received. If a client pays a deposit on the same day as the intended service but does not clear the booking with Rosey, the deposit is refundable only at the discretion of Rosey. Payment of deposit does NOT automatically ensure a booking without confirmation first. Please arrange a booking prior to depositing any deposits, Failure to do so is at your own disscretion. 3. Cancellation by Client If the client needs to cancel the appointment, they must do so within a specified time frame prior to the appointment of 24 hours for an advanced bookings. To be eligible for a deposit refund. If the cancellation occurs outside of this period, the deposit will be non-refundable this also includes all bookings that are made on the same day as the service. 4. Rescheduling If the client wishes to reschedule their appointment, they may do so without forfeiting their deposit, provided that they notify within the required time frame and reschedule within a mutually agreeable time. 5. Cancellation by Rosey In the rare event that the Rosey needs to cancel the appointment, the client will receive a full refund of their deposit. Alternatively, the client may choose to reschedule the appointment for another time. 6. No-show Policy If the client fails to show up for the appointment without any prior notice (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to compensate for the time reserved and potential loss of other bookings. 7. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to be reflected in the client's account. 8. Discretion and PrivacyAll transactions and communications regarding deposits and refunds will be handled with strict confidentiality and discretion to protect the privacy of the client. 9. Amendments to the Policy This Deposit and Refund Policy is subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their bookings. 10. Acknowledgment of Policy By making a booking and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Deposit and Refund Policy.
