Deposits:
All deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable. However, with at least 24 hours' notice, you may change the date and time of your booking once without needing to make a new deposit. Subsequent changes will require a new deposit.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify The Temple of Red at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Service Disruption:
In the unlikely event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or The Temple of Red's inability to fulfill the booking, a full refund will be provided or the appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience.
Refunds for Services Rendered:
Refunds for services already rendered are not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact The Temple of Red to discuss your concerns.
Refund Process:
To request a refund or change to your booking, please contact The Temple of Red via email or phone with your booking details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Policy Updates:
The Temple of Red reserves the right to update or change the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
